Information Security Policy
Wendy Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Wendy Japan”) recognizes that information security is an essential part of its travel and e-commerce business due to the importance of its social responsibility in handling various types of information.
We, the employees of our company, are committed to protecting our information assets from all threats, whether internal or external, intentional or accidental, and to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets,
We have established this policy and will ensure that it is implemented.
1. Information Security Initiatives
We shall establish an Information Security Committee to maintain and improve information security, and establish and operate an information security management system.
2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
We shall ensure compliance with laws, regulations, contractual requirements, etc. related to information security in accordance with social norms and internal rules.
3. Education and Training
We will continuously provide all employees with information security-related education and training necessary for their duties.
4. Handling of Accidents
We will prevent information security incidents before they occur, and if an incident does occur, we will take appropriate measures to prevent recurrence.
5. Evaluation and Review
The implementation status and effectiveness of our information security activities shall be regularly reviewed and evaluated for continuous improvement.
