Shikoku

The Shikoku region in southwest Japan consists of four prefectures – Ehime, Kagawa, Kochi, and Tokushima, bordering the Seto Inland Sea to the north and the Pacific Ocean to the south. Shikoku boasts rich natural landscapes, cultural heritage, art, and diverse culinary traditions. Some of the top attractions in the region are the sacred Shikoku Pilgrimage, the lively Setouchi Triennale art festival, and exciting outdoor activities along the picturesque Shimanto River.
